[geeks] VAX 3100/80: memory map?

I've got a VAX 3100/80. I'm interested in the physical memory map.
RAM sockets seem to be mapped into low physical memory:

>>> show mem

        MEM_TOP = 02800000
        MEM_BOT = 00000000

          MEM_NOT_AVAIL
        -----------------
        027BF800:027FFFFF

>>>

(it's got 40M in it, of which a little over a quarter-meg appears to
have been grabbed by the ROM code).

I've taken a few potshots into the memory space with e/l/p, and found
that there are things answering at various places, but I'd like to know
what's actually where.

Anyone got a reference for what's where in the physical memory space?
I haven't managed to find any myself (not surprising; everything is Web
this and Web that these days, and my Web skillz are ... mediocre at
best).
