[geeks] osx launchd/plist guidance needed

anyone know how the plist execution sequence is set?

my gf's mac needs a new hd, and while i'm messing about i thought i'd
do some performance tweaks like moving swap to its own fs.  i'd like
to make sure it does a mountall before starting dynamic_pager, but the
several hours of quality time i've spent with manual pages and the
internet haven't enlightened me.

i have no problem making a mountall plist, only knowing how to make it
run first.

i could add mount -a code to the dynamic_pager plist, but i also
couldn't learn if launchd would allow this or if it assumes [eg.
enforces] 'one plist / one prog'.
