That is Really Cheap compared to what a rackmount p520 1.9GHz P5+ system 
would go for.

As for a good deal for CPU horsepower... if you're comparing it to a PC, 
you'll be disappointed.  I'd hope that you're not buying IBM POWER kit 
because you want a fast CPU for your $$$.
