Here is a link to a 90 day trial copy of Windows 7 Enterprise, both 32  
bit and 64 bit...

Note: the eval is timed to expire at 90 days, and they do not support  
conversion of a trial into licensed install - you'd have to re-install.

But, perfect for testing purposes...
