I also wanted to point out that there are two different ads out there on 
CL, posted by multiple recruiting agencies.  One has $13, the other $15. 
  And the job title is clearly "Help desk" and "Help desk tier 2".  One 
of the ads specifically mentions an opportunity for Solaris certification.

I don't know what the COL is in this area; they'd be a bit low for DC, 
low for LA, and a lot low for Silicon Valley.
