We are looking for self-motivated, UNIX savvy individuals to fill Tier2 
Level Technical Support Representative positions in the Camp Hill, PA area.
Tier 2 Tech Support Representatives handle inbound calls and outbound 
calls to provide hardware and software technical support to resolve 
system administration issues for a specific client.
Representatives are responsible for trouble-shooting system 
administration issues, such as installation of software, managing file 
systems, system boot procedures, and backup & restore procedures.
ALL positions have the potential to be temp to permanent.
Further training for subject matter expertise following experience.
Must have extensive experience with some form of Unix -- applicants 
without Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, AT&T Unix, BSD, or Linux experience will 
not be considered.
Solaris experience is preferred.
Unix experience should include the following: - ability to navigate a 
Unix filesystem using the CLI - use the vi text editor - interact with a 
windowing system - use components of the desktop system to successfully 
navigate the Unix OS command line features & online help resource - 
manage files & directories, create archives, and compress, view & 
uncompress files in the Solaris OS.
In addition, applicants should possess a strong knowledge of
networking, software, operating systems, hardware configuration, and
data backup methodologies, hardware, and storage.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must!
Experience on a technical help desk is preferred, but not required.
Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screen, 7-year criminal 
history check, and be very reliable.
