[geeks] Building an ozone generator?

Anybody know where I can get some *decent* plans for building my own ozone
generator?  

The one floating around the Internet by "greenman" that was written for pot
growers doesn't seem really .. safe (a neon lighting transformer, two jars,
and some aluminum foil?  NOT UL LISTED!) 8-)

Looking at building / buying one to get rid of cigarette smoke smell in
the office once my wife quits smoking, and I can't bring myself to pay the
$100+ that some eBay vendors want for what has to be a VERY simple circuit.

(note - I'm looking for plans for an ozone generator, *not* plans for an
 ionic breeze ionizer type unit, which I have 2-3 of)
