VMware actually made an announcement last month about a new licensing
program for hosting providers for ESX:
http://vmware.com/company/news/releases/vspp.html.  The announcement
lists several hosting companies who participated in a beta program.
It looks like most of them are using it behind the scenes rather than
as a product for sale, though.
