To get fast ethernet the specific models you're looking for are the 2620
(single FE) or the 2621 (dual FE).  There are quite a few more 26xx
models (261[01]XM, 262[01]XM, 265[01], 265[01]XM, 2691) but they will
also cost quite a bit more - faster CPUs and higher memory capacity.
