Actually I was pretty sure than the UN does this, although it hardly
matters much ... the point was that local food is sometimes
(frequently?) available during a famine, just priced out of the reach of
those who are starving.

Oops. OLTP should be OLPC ... my hangover has turned into a vicious
cold (I was wondering why the hangover was lasting so long). You would
