Anyone have any experience with these? Or similar?

There for a short term solution, trying to sell my house and my agent 
says apparently some people are put off by network cables trailing there 
way up the stairs!!!

Don't really want to go wireless, tried it in this house before with not 
very satisfactory results, Plus intend to play with microwave 
transmitters which don't do wireless network cards a lot of good!
