a rocket scientist / california hot rodder, of course!
while n2o is kinda odd as an oxidizer, butadiene rubber is long known
as a good solid-rocket fuel - cheap, easy to handle, and about as
energetic as anything you'd actually want to work with.
i guess that applies to nitrous too, except maybe the 'energetic' part.
