Here's how I fixed it:
1.  Got rid of the spurious entries (slices 4 and 6) in the partition table
2.  Installed DiskSuite
3.  "growfs -M /export/home/hog2 /dev/rdsk/c0t1d0s0"
4.  Reboot (just in case)
Suggestions were right - it had caught the overlapping slice 4 and only made
a 15G filesystem in a 68G partition.
