I have a Solaris/8 Sparc box that I am having a weird issue with.
Normally, when I want to set the background image on the CDE desktop
under solaris, I do "xsetbg <filename>", or the equivalent xv command,
and the image shows up.

However, currently, executing xsetbg as above does nothing immediately
obvious. However, when I log out, I see the image I tried to set as the
backdrop briefly as X is exiting.

Obviously, this is a layering issue. I run in 24 bit TrueColor mode,
set as follows:

ajacocks at hephaestos[~]$ ffbconfig -propt

--- OpenWindows Configuration for /dev/fbs/ffb0 ---
OWconfig: machine
Video Mode: 1280x1024x76
Default Visual: Linear Normal Visual
Visual Ordering: Linear Visuals are first
                 Overlay Visuals are last
OpenGL Visual Expansion: enabled
Server Overlay Visuals: enabled
Allocated WIDs: 32
Gamma Correction Value: 0.900000
Gamma Correction Table: Available
Any ideas? I have played around quite a bit with the Visual Ordering,
but it doesn't seem to have much effect.

Thanks!
