The license looks like legalese but seems to indicate that you can't forward
the binary.  OTOH, it may, damned if I really understand Standard Legal.

If you're really interested, call the local Netapp sales rep and ask?  They
are interested in selling, after all ....

Is it licensed software?  I'd like to aquire a copy, but I don't have a
Netapp already, and have no intrest in a Netapp support contract.
