Every piece of rackmount equipment that I own has thousands of little
fucking noisy fans sreaming away at 55db+

Netra T100 4 tiny fans 59db
Netra T105 4 tiny fans 53db+
BayStack Switch 66DB (9 fans)
Other Crap 14 more fans....

Some people are bitching that the New Emac/Imac with their fans
are noisy..... i can not hear them (emac fan 44db)

So I have a small office 10x10x9 feet. and those fans make for
interesting white noise.

ps: I have just installed a VT320 green dt in my bedroom on the
small bedside table.  And there is nothing more peaceful than
tin/mutt/lynx/irc from bed in the dim light surrounded by silence and
pillows.
