Worldcom has been going into a downhill slide for some time now.  I mean any
company that goes around buying up other companies, is screaming "we're so
fucked, and we need to hide these accounting errors somewhere".  Granted, there
are exceptions, like M$, but those are rare.

Who's next?  Johnson & Johnson recently made accounting corrections.
