should this /etc/printcap entry SUPRESS the banner page that I keep
getting?

hp|Laser Printer:\
       :lp=lp:rm=printer2.psychoses.org:sd=/var/spool/lpd/remote:\
       :lf=/var/log/lpd-errs:rp=text:sh

I've tried sh, sh=false, sh=true, sh=fuckmeuptheass and restarted lpd more
times than any human should have to.

This is on a NetBSD 1.5 system.
