Sorry, DFI = Dumb Fuck Itis, a disease that usually infects management,
windows admins, and most 9-5 corporate programmers.  It's usually

It's a term I've kicked around so much, I just assumed everyone knew it.

Thats easy:  Generate a custom header like the following:
X-Message-Flag: Microsoft Outlook is insecure.  Please consider using \
   different mail software.
