>I will be buying a box of Cat5e, jacks, etc. to make my own ethernet cables, and while Radio Shack has an RJ45 crimper tool, was wondering if the list had a recommendation for a better one?
When I bought my rolls of cable from Computer Geeks ($60 for 1000'),I also got 50 RJ45 connectors, crimp tool and tester - I've got cheap crimp tools coming out my ears (like 8!)...
I'm sure the multiple tester will come in handy, when I test the connections ;^)
