Features:

V1.72
- Added access to the Power Port by ether selecting device port 9 or by the name POWER_MANAGER.
  The port is hardcoded for 9600,N,8,1 DTE and includes buffer access.

- Added the Listen command. One can only listen to a port if another user has selected
  that port. Output from the device connected to the selected port is broadcasted to all
  listening users only when the primary user is in direct mode.

- Corrected some Telnet issues
